Building Bulletin: Dental office buidling at 683 California Blvd.

A modern-style dental office building designed with aluminum accents and a parking garage is now going up on California Boulevard in San Luis Obispo.

When complete, the 3,372- square-foot structure at 683 California Blvd. will have a light yellow or tan color palette with “dark wheat” secondary hues, said Aron Kahn, project architect with Studio Design Group Architects in San Luis Obispo.

The stucco building, resting on a 10,400-square-foot lot, also will feature crisp lines, rectangular shapes and sunshades, Kahn added.

The garage will offer 15 parking spaces.
